On 911Cabal it doesn't let you log in after server :/

And yeah I'm new here but I promise to help anyone else that needs it, only if I have the information. Any help for me would be appreciated too <

is there a guide for how to register?.

They should make a good solid American Cabal Server with Good Rates.

Err... I registered and downloaded 911Cabal and I extracted it... I can't launch it. O.o
Is there any guide on how to get in 911Cabal?

I can't even launch ther launcher or update the chinese client.
I don't even know what to do.
Do I update chinese client, then patch it with 911cabal patch?
