change gloves to act like boots?

as the title implies.

im curious if there is a way to lets say use the gloves as boots for slotting or suit, gloves and boots to act like helms to slot crit dmg.

um, it doesnt seem to serve too much interest in terms of use...but just find out yourself, change the item_desc in the memory, from the slot for gloves to boots. Same way you would do the dmg hack before when changing box + x to a ring slot.... i have feeling if you can even put the item in alchemist (doubt it), you would get d/c when hitting the button to slot... just my guess ive never tried to put alternate item into alchemist, dont seem to likely to work though.

I can't imagine how things could turn, a character walking with a boots on his head and a helmet on his feet.

Seriously, even you try its still gonna give either a DC or could not take into an effect. I've tried it in BOF+4 changed its value to 15(which is the ring slot) and when I tried to equip it hoping it could be into the ring slot and it didn't. Patched on some P.servers I guess.

and also how can you find the list of item descs

also would like to know if looking for the bind address would be any helpful.

It was the BOF+X "item_desc" he entered and changed its value to "15" which is the ring slot. There is a thread here regrading to item_desc....but I forgot where, perhaps you should be the one who would do the searching.
