Problem Cabal Rider(EU)

I have a problem with Cabal Rider (EU) i can register all my accounts and boting with that but my lvl 90 archer i cant register in cabal rider look at this screen . Need Help .

Hmmm you dont need same account in rider like in game... this login just must be used for ssmeone else... use antother ;p ?

I thought CabalRider isn´t free now and when you have a specific problem about CabalRider - then just ask in the forum of them (if they have one,...) or contact their ... "Support".
