I think you can use the normal chinese client with redcabal patch.
I tried to get it to work but I failed hard, probably because of Vista, probably because I am too stupid, who knows
Yea it is a privat Cabal server with like 35x rates. But infact if you're not located somewhere in the asian room (where this server is hosted in) you won't be able to play. Since you such a ridicoulus lag that you can do shiny 1x combo and then you won't hit anything because the lag is too big.
