Memory editing the lotto system?

I've been noticing ingame people who are always the 1st to yell "lets roll for this item"...are the ones that ALWAYS win it. I mean always...to the point it's wierd. I once rolled 860 on an item...thought for sure I was gonna win. The dude rolled 861 then said "LoooooL I win". And I'm just sitting there like...wtf.

I think it's possible to set and freeze the lotto value. Has anyone tried that? It seems like it would be an easy thing to do. Im gonna try it later.

If it is possible...then I have been screwed out of tons of items by a few ppl.

yes its possible as combo =) is possible so im pretty certain the lotto is possible
