if you have this quest and u got the dc

login again and move to different maps (****** ice, than desert scream)

get any random quest ( if you have quests available )

than try again to go to the 4th floor

if you know chinese you dont need client, but you could help translate to english patch please?

well i dont really know chinese .... but anyone who has ever played cabal befor knows what the items say and what you are sopposedto do on the quests all you really need is items stat points
