can't login redcabal

cannot find "atl71.dll" please reinstall this application. this is the third time i reinstall but i still got this problem. can some one help me

but still if it offline i can login to the login screen right . but everytime i try to open file cabalmain.exe it pop up and say can't find "atl71.dll" i reintall again and again still got this problem

Which cabal version you are using? If chinese then try download this.

for me even after deactivate my anti virus, it still says cant find karasX2.dll even though i have that in my folder. zzz

just upgrade your OS to windows XP Pro SP2, mine one before is Windows XP pro
then no problem already
