Levels VS Skills

does it matter what level i am to be able to get certain skills?

can i just skill bot to get my skill rank up without having to go up in level?

wondering so i can decide where to put my bot....weak mobs weak skills

or strong mobs and paying for better skills

kinda dont wanna buy normal skills and was wanting to wait till i can get better skills

but if not i dont mind getting normal skills and using them if it gets my rank up

Its better to balance both but making dual transc before level 90 sure will help.

but if i can bot my skills and get powerful skills

then i would be able to kill even higher levels and thus xping faster

cuz i usually xp at my comp and skill xp afk

that way i can run to town to sell **** and get more alz

IMO,there are ways to get dual trans before level 90..

if you want to spend money,then do the normal "combo" w/ novice skills..
Q: why novice not strong skills?
A: every skills have the same amount of skill exp even if it is a novice or completer..the longer the monster will stay,the faster your skill will level up(because you will save time on changing targets)

when your magic reach trans,go to PL instructor and purchase change force upgrade skill and do the same thing(if your a force user[magic] but magic to sword)

and if you want to save money adn be safe from GMs to detect your botting,then do boxing..but it takes a long tym to lvl(from novice/novice to expert = more or less than a month)

if you ask me,i do box skilling eversince..im nearly comp/trans right now just doing boxing
