i have buddy/guild bug so i cant receive pm's
well, alot of times it happened to me too, but i just got DC not client crash...
when ur in warp room try log off and connect to server again, that helped me...
they closed servers again...
ooor i just got dced...

You can get it higher by doing rank up quest(the character quest) some story quest i believe, and killing monsters and players in a war channel
