try using CR.. shortcut the dungeon.. yes, you will also need many entry if not lucky. but this way is faster than doing the dungeon normally. the best tip i think is, the more eod you enter, the higher chance you can get the ring. Faster - Better.

try to party in the other player that have merga then the other player must kill merga and break the legacy box... you just wait for the drop of ring of evil spirit...

It's random luck. My friend got the ring with 3 runs and another friend made like 100+ and still has no ring. There is no secret trick to get it faster.
