[ASK/HELP] I can't run SoraEngine 2.6 why?

Everytime i run SoraEngine2.6 it gives me this error?

Can anyone help? or give me a tip on how to run this? thanks...

BTW i run on WindowsXP Pro SP2 NTFS..
