Is there any way to bypass the only 30% skill exp to rank up which is integrated into premium until level 90?

no there is no known way.
but why do u need dummys if u can create a bot? ^^

if i ever feel like wasting money for a premium account i'll try to create such a hack but its just stubborn to pay for it.
