Can anyone here tell me how skill exp is calculated and how much each cast gives for different skills?

3 sword/magic for punching
cast time * 12 roughly = skill xp gained from skills.
buffs give casting time * 3.6

+ exact value of adept.

punching w/ adept gives +1/2 of adept to each.

By using skills any progress on the skill xp bar is 1% so let's say off a monster you get 1% skill xp 1/x = y


x is the number of hits/skill uses
y is the resulting number

ooo... thanks for sharing izeliae... another question about adept... is there really a cap of 39 on +skill exp from adept? or is that just a cabal myth?
