Some tips how hack Cabal with ProjectX

How version ProjectX i need for hacking actual version Cabal ?
I have only ProjectX 3.0

I dont know with this program .... help me pls ?

you need projectX 4.0, because 3.0 is already fixed.

4.0 is a vip version, so you must pay for it.
