1. When selling to me: you pay the fee.

If u really ONLY would wanna help people u could just do it for free lol "except the paypal fees".

I'm some sort of middleman, not an official one. Without sellers, there is no Alz to trade with you guys. You'll have to wait untill someone is willing to sell.
