He said he had to pay with bank linked to paypal account and only had 2 payments avaiable for the day, so we went for 1B start and if he pays the other 3B. We would do the trade on EPVP when we traded the second amount of money. When he got the 1B he said he sent payment but I didn't receive anything, so I told him and he said that maybe bank trasfer has a delay instead of instantaneus like paypal account to paypal account. He showed me his EPVP account, premium with 21 positives, elite gold trader, and he acted all sorry and kind that he had to make me wait so he said he tried to call paypal but they didn't answer because they weren't avaiable at that hour etc. After a while he says his friend can borrow him money and he has 40 euros, so he can buy another 2B from me, and after all that kindness and account trustness I didn't think anymore about the EPVP trade and if he was a scammer or not, I just trusted. I was also studying in the meantime so I didn't pay 100% attention. He showed me his friend would pay me instantenously by sending me 25 cents and then we did the next trade, I gave him 2B and he went offline. I have no words on how ****** a human being can be.

Did you take any screenshots/video of it all?
It will probably be very hard for you to get any money out of it if you don't have it written down and on proof what the trade is about. It will be hard anyhow to file a dispute through PayPal since he didn't cancel any payment, just didn't send any. Any way, I would check if the paypal account that you recieved money from is a verified account, then you have something more to go on.

Are you sure that he actually showed his own ePvP account?

It's hopeless, I trusted him too much and didn't take any proof. Yes, he is the owner, look in my profile he ジトアルブエ posted a comment. The paypal account from which I received 25 cents is not verified.

Well, lets hope he trips in the stairs and shove his toothbrush down his throat and suffocates. Or that he actually comes back and pays you, that's how karma works.
