edit:NoDelay can be interpreted in many ways.I named it so that people to get the correct idea of what it does.NoDelay can be interpreted as skillcooldown since you can refer to the delay between 2 usages of the same skill.

ofc the spells has cooldown is cuz this is no delay hack, and we dont know how to get no Cooldown T_T and plus no one's wanna teach to nobody xD

i reelased this in the hope that someone will post nocooldown but it seems all we have on this forums are **** leechers and selfish 5 post users -.-"

edit:found a adress that changing its value from 3 to 4 will limit you to max 5-6 skills at the same time but it will not disconnect you anymore.dont ask me to send you the "how to" or other stuff.i will not release it until someone releases the nocooldown method.

yes it is.and as a proof use CE and search for 3 while casting a 3 second skill.that would be more than enough to get you somewhere
