Maybe there is different in the resolution on your monitor. Anyway, please try below. Maybe it will help.
Make sure Windows and cabal run in 1366 x 768
1) Open Run, type sysdm.cpl and enter
2) Click Advance > Settings > Tick adjust for best performance. Done
Some of users solve this issue by doing this method.
