Not working for me and I did everything as you described in the first post.
Open launcher.
Open Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter setting
-> Disabled my Network Connections
Start game
Open Cheat Engine
Open your CT
At this step, mShield detects Cheat Engine.
I also opened Cheat Engine's settings and checked the 2 options from 'Extra' before doing all this. No luck.

Yea, sadly hackers now only faceroll to each other and release only 1-2 days before mshield update

Sup there, small release, something that might come handy on OGN Cabal ;)
How to use:
Launch Cabal OGN Client and wait till you will see login screen, after that launch ogn.exe as admin.
If everything will work you will see message box with "Success!" caption, but sometimes bypass will not work
for the first time, in this case you will see message box with "ERROR!" caption, you have to launch ogn.exe
again.
Do not restart game client, just launch bypass again, after 2-3 times it will...
