I guess posting the guide within this thread wouldn't get much attention. But, I play this server on my Vista Laptop (With all thanks to Inu) If you use Inu's CabalMain and cabalBat you CAN play Ascabal with Vista, and most likely W7. I'll make a new thread in the guides section. To help everyone!
