You can get blocked ID for any exploit you use, if you spam chaos arena as lower level, dungeon logs represent that, if you use in NW and GM is monitoring or another player reports you to helpdesk you can get blocked. What exactly did you do with the exploit? Tip of advice, don't do it again. Only enter dungeons of appropriate level, don't use in nation war or PK on another player. This is basic with any trainer, or cheat table.

No blocked IDs, but I didn't do anything dumb. Regardless there is possibility of .dll injection being detected, but you wouldn't see random accounts banned, it would most likely be a ban wave.
