Sorry. I think this not true step to start trainer&game.
First time before start game your must inject with some .dll of xtap + .dll of trainer.
Im use .dll from  to inject xtrap.
And Im use .dll from to start trainer.
How to use from my step.
[Release] Beast Cabal Trainer.
Work only win7 x32 & xpsp3 but another system not yet try.
How to use:
1 -> run PerX [PerX from google]
2. Browse .dll
3. -> run Cabal launcher
4. - > with in 1 sec before Xtrap start click Inject
**This time if Xtrap error popup it not work for u server > If can up to step5 that your lucky.***
5 -> login and wait for char appeared.
6 -> click trainer button "Activate Trainer"

Update :
It's working perfectly with Windows 7 x64. Not test with Windows XP, Windows7 x32
F12 or Right Ctrl = Enable Wallhack
Unrar to folder cabalviet and run CabalViet-WH.exe
