you're missing some system files..

you can download the individual DLL files, just search google.


system files that must be installed to a freshly formatted PC

1. Direct X11 (9.0c on XP)
2. Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0 (4.5 has now been released)
3. Visual C++ 2008 and 2010
4. Your videocard, soundcard and motherboard drivers
