I try it bro. However when I open it that way, a pop up message appears "Run as Admin", i try disabling my UAC but it still appears.

try this:
1. off all the anti virus including deep freeze if your using it.
2. delete cabal, download installer and re-install it. ( anyway cabal installer so far it is safe so no worry for turning off your anti virus)
3. download and install. netframework ver. 3.5 or higher
4. let it patch
5. turn on deep freeze "if" needed and anyi virus.

it saves you time than your conventional way of using cabal, because problem persist if you only change, add or modify your current game mode.

You cant wall hack without using roll over.
There is tutorial on the first page on how to use it.
Yup it is a bit slow, so my tips is enable No skill Delay, you can roll nicely than before

Anyway, im gonna be busy these days so I'll just wait for sir fuji to fix and update the version but thanks for the suggestion
