sir FUJI the directx 9c where should i extract that? i did installed it but no change at all still missing dll. kinda confuse cause direct 11 is what i have

this is the problem i encounterd,
when i use fuji's injector, no missing dll(it says in page 3 that fuji's injector doesn't work at win 7 64bit) but when i use other injector it does appear "missing dx....dll"(i did install directx 9c june10 but no progress)
