Right click Cabal Launcher > Properties > Copy the TARGET > Paste it on cabal path in FujiSettings.

Hi this is what I got:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\e-games\CABAL Online (PH)\cabalmain.exe"

I pasted it like this:
CABALPATH=C:\Program Files (x86)\e-games\CABAL Online (PH)\cabalmain.exe

Enabled Administrator access for all cabal application and fuji trainer.

* Same result..
