do this

1. Run Fuji 1.4.3.8
click either Windows 7 or Windows XP

2. click fixed DLL

3. click Run Cabal

if error occur about wrong path do this

i believe that AOE range in ep9 is somewhat reduced that is why when someone turns on or uses the AOE hack more than the set range, they get DCed instead
