Yeah I thinks so, because its a higher version than v3.5.

Im using v4.0 in my win7 and v3.5 in my winXP

Oh my,, oh my,, currently i have downloaded v3.5 and v4.0 tried setup.exe for v3.5 i got an error, but no reason or troubleshooting info, just says "Setup Error". I tried setup.exe for v4.0 says my computer doesnt meet the requirements. Oh my, im such an unlucky ******* T_T.

Guess Ill just wait for the real update
