No special technique really. Just have the injector running first before opening your Cabal client. When you activate the hack, by pressing on the RIGHT CTRL key, you will see a confirmation screen. Keep in mind that it will only work on NON-PUBLIC places.
I'm using Cabal PH and its working. Use the 'crckd (Right CTRL)' version.
