open the cabal folder and click the cabal.exe(cabal starter) n0t the cabalmain.exe it should w0rk.

well,i followed the instructions,and i got like this...
This is weird...when i use run as admin with PSC,and do normal login it show up the screen like the pic above,but if i dont use run as admin,it will let me log in,but nothing happens if i press Home key ingame D:

yeah finally it works..the only problem is i cant do AFK bcoz of the IVC..hehehe
