It are false positives, so it is as safe to use as any other hack (since it is never 100% safe to hack..)
But if you realy don't trust it, just don't use it ;D

1. start PSCBots his program
2. start Cabal
3. Log in and make sure to be in-game
4. press Home
Just tested it, it still works fine.

if u see arionel logo then run as admin the pscbotv2
