I've tested it and it works. Somehow, I can't connect to any server atm. Does anyone tested it and had the same problem? I don't think its bec of my connection.
sorry for the post. solved problem. Maybe because of the patch.

try setting the compatability of the hack and Cabal at Windows XP . . then run both as admin.
