im guessing your expecting no cooldown...
no cast time, no delay is same shizz vice versa...
1)no cast-time - you can spam all skills at the same time but you have to wait for the skill cooldown to finish
2) no cool-down - you can spam the same skill continuously but you have to wait for the cast-time (no character animation,only skill fx)
3) no delay - 1 and 2 combined
The inability to understand the concept correctly is stoping 99% of you kids from doing any harm to the game's economy, and i'm really glad you can't.

like for WA bm2 for example...
spamming normal skills... you can't say ohh thats no cast time
coz its not casting its attacking...
and i defined it no delay coz it ignores the delay attack...
depends on your perspective since you act like smartass then so be it your absolutely right...

It's not really a hack more of a bug. After you do no delay do /dance and right after /bow, stopping the dance motion while in no delay keeps your sp charging like you're dancing when you walk etc. But it stops if you attack, d/c, switch chan.

hmm, I've did this on low level FA, I didn't have any issue with sp stopping regen except when exiting BM mode, although I don't use "/bow" to break dance, I use the walk forward button. o_o ru sure the attack d/c isn't because of "/bow" ?

I didn't mean you d/c when you attack, I meant that the SP regen process stops if you disconnect XD
