no skill delay= all ur skill will be instant...but they will still have cooldown
teleport= u clic were u wanna go and ull be there in less than a second
What u need:
undetected cheat engine (UCE) ver 5.4
and a lil patience
after u download and instal u need to do these simple steps:
1. open cabal
2. log in
2.1 apply bypass to gg, xtrapt or just skip if is private server
3. open uce5.4
4. in the upper left corner there are 3 buttons....press the first on the left side that resembles a monitor....and a "proces list" window will apear
5. select cabalmain.exe and pres ok
6. in the middle right side of the main uce window u will see a button " add address manualy" ...just press it
7.a lil window will apear and in the spaces put the following:
-address: 00C60B32
-description: no cooldown or what ever name u want for it
-type : float
8. press ok and there u have it...it will apear in the lower space dedicated to filters
9. now to activate it u just need to check the "frozen" box in front on the filter...when u wanna disable it...just de-check it:P
10. now to make ur work a lil easyer just press the third button on the upper left corner to save it...so u dont have to do this again and again
Next time i go in just open UCE...select the cabalmain.exe from the proces list on first button and then press the middle buton from the upper left corner and load ur filter
