wow .. some people really amaze me, how can u miss that [NO QUESTIONS] in bright red?
this belongs in discussion, and if you took 2 seconds to find their site you will find out that the its not working for the people who have bought it, and if you took another 5 seconds you would find out that speedhacks was removed ....
honestly its not worth it, just wait for cabalrider or CAbot

Leave him alone. The no cool down skill hack address is SIGH Try search it in Sigh byte.
