TIPS FOR CRPH -> Try to combine some files of CRSG to CRPH and it really work, i can use CRPH without getting DC'ed. i can use it for free 4pm-6pm lol

What about CR EU? Does anybody have working version? My version makes cabal "not responding" just after login... And when can we register on CR forum?

Look in the main section of Cabal Online (CabalRader discussion thread), there you will find your answer.
Anyway CR SG/MY is outdated and CR PH is detected.
Wait till monday for new versions.
