Because Cabal EU is for european players. That is what he means...
He doesn´t wanna that ppl from other countries play this game because of the server utilisation which cause laggs or disconnects (MAYBE!)

i have 8 unit in one IP in our place...im using anchor free the problem is that i can play only one pc in 8 unit...can someone help me here?can i play the 8 unit in cabal?pls reply
