I'll just post my method of retargeting in CABAL which is very easy to use
Just set your settings as shown in the pictures, attack a mob and then press both buttons at the same time.

Like the old times when BL was just standing still because of it. I heard that we can use following options target enemy - normal att - SELF TARGET (there's bind for it in game) and so.
