Yes, the only way is to reduced tat class rnk 10 honor. But it would be a long way(i need 50 jail entrance as to reduced from rnk 10 to rank 9). Either PK or massive craft will cut your honor value - just take time.
For some P.servers, they only have accessories that require class rnk 8 (esp EP1 servers), and that would be tiresome to do PK.
My suggestions is, instead of bugging honor class we could try bugging the level requirement for accessories(earring or bracelet). eg: Bof+4 require lvl 133. So we use a lower lvl character (ie - lvl 105) and use CE change it to 133. But this could only worked at nooby P.servers

i can dupe and everything but it wont stack and i dont know why

Same for me, I can equip 2-2 and I got the effect from 7c items (even after relog) but it doesn't stack if I equip the third.
