First we have to:
1.Open Start and in search type CMD
2.Open CMD and type powercfg -h off/on

Next we have to turn off Monitor Off after some time to do it go to " Energy Otions" ( i have polish Vista so don't know what is in english ;p then clik " change plan setting " in first bar select Never and its done ^^ if i have time i will make this with SS
I have test it on VIsta Ultimate 32 BIT
