im in america right now.. and i want to play in cabal PH but my ip is blocked is there a way to bypass it and how?

u cant bypass it...i duno wether can bypass but i tink no, even though can it would b har nid hack or sumthg, u in america juz play eu or us (not sure) y can play phillipines?
