Down Error Code[4]C9_Patch_17]

When patching (which is extremely slow omg 50kbs haha) anyway when patching patch 17 that error comes up im not sure why has anyone got this and if so what did you do to fix thanks

Hm do you play the game before the patch or is it your first patch? when you don't play the game before check your install and maybe install ist new when i helped you press thanks

obviously i havent played yet it needs to be patched i already know that
