I think he means the "automatic dll loader" in Metin2.
But that's just an exploit in the miles-Lib, which loads every of its plugins as DLL-files
So:
compile as dll - rename to asi

Again: compile a DLL and place it in your games' folder. maybe it'll get loaded, if it doesn't u cant do anything about it.

There isn't a special thing about an autoloader, it is the mss32-dll/miles32-dll which does that

There is still the option to modify the executable, so it is forced to load your code.
