are the ip´s of different maps (1-1 - 3-8) static? or dynamic?

I cant give you all ips now, becouse our site is down for a moment but i can answer some of your questions
Every server has other static ip (but ip may change during events) and almost every map on that server has also different
Lets say that Global Europe1 has ip 111.111.11.11 while Global Europe2 has 222.222.22.22, its different, right?
And again on ge1, lets say that map 3-1, has ip 111.111.22.22 while 3-2 has 111.111.33.33
and 3-1 on ge2 has 222.222.55.55 while 3-2 has 222.222.77.77, its also different
Sometimes few maps on same server got same ips, its rarely seen but its possible
So while using jump at portal you have to put ip of map you wish to jump
Even if there are serveral portals you have to choose one and give good ip and good coordinates
Once again how to obtain map
Login into space map to map on which you want to bot
Press start -> Run -> Type cmd -> press enter -> new windows window will appear, type netstat -n there -> search for ip with port :8080
