So i tried it now..
The method is definitely not banable and doable on any system.
I have to say you will need some practice to master it but after you got it you will easily level up and have a ton of coins.

I got a Powerpoint presentation file which contains some text briefly explaining the method and a video.

The method is completely whitehat, so there is a 0% chance of banning. The video explains it very well.
