S&F new version beta server

The goal of this server is to fully complete the server files. Server will be online for a month, after that we'll see what happens. I won't list what's done and what isn't, if you're interested, see for yourself. There might be some issues with displaying the page, chrome is recomended. Please report on any bugs you find.

just that bugs i found when i play this game i hope you can make this better
