[Tribal Wars] Private Server

I am looking for anyone with information on how to set up a server for others to play on and how to get around the 15 member block. If anyone has information please let me know. I am trying to get one up right now. I do have the private server but only I can play on it and that is no fun. So if you know of anything please let me know.
