Just go to the first page and read the whole page, than skip to the penultimate page and read it, too.

In the moment you can´t join the server. You can make your own but there are many things not ready.
Wait a little bit for the update by Else and than you can start to make your own, I think.
Or you will be waiting a few weeks / months or maybe years for an public S&F private Browsergame server
