Most units are 11+
Played for a little over a year on facebook, never used cheats.

missile silo is level 9.
everything in defense lab is maxed except shock turret
almost every units in tech center and academy are level 10.
doesn't have behemoth, havoc and the other new units.

I'm testing the water to see what is possible as I did coin the account along a fair way so lots of things are lvl 9/10 but have not used it for a while so do not know how much further my brother has taken it.

War Commander Account for Sale (Level 33) 05/21/2013 - Facebook - 4 Replies I am selling another War Commander Account, this one is Level 33 and still being upgraded, unlike the level 35 I sold that was maxed...
