sadly not as far as I know. Since it's checking if the interaction object is too far away from your character. Might be possible with faking your coordinates.
But for that you need to be able to bypass BattleEye first.

Updated Review:
Here's how it works. You are able to see all resources in a large radius around your character. You spin your character to view all the resources around you, and when you find a turban you either run in that direction or press F. If you press F and your character does not start auto running, you are too far away and need to move closer. Simply move closer until F makes you auto run, and you're right at the turban. Works over mountains, through walls, etc. Very good. I'm able to do about 15-20 turbans an hour on high pop server.

You can buy around 70-80 e*gold for 1€ from other users here on the homepage.
The price you mentioned is just when you are buying it from the system and therefore Printing the money directly.
